Shipment We suggest you use the original carton and packing Styrofoam/cardboard paper, etc.

  1. place the equipment in the box.
  2. If original box is not available, wrap the equipment with bubble wrap and place into a box.
  3. Place the box in a slightly larger box with about 4 inches spare space in each direction.
  4. Fill the space with Styrofoam or other packing materials for cushion.
  5. Place a copy of Repair Form on top.
    Please complete the "Repair Form"
  6. Repair shops will not be responsible for damage caused by improper packaging while being handled by the shippers.

Return Shipping All shipping charges at the customer's expense. Return shipping cost, handling, and packaging cost will be added in the final invoice.

Payment We currently accept check, money order, certified checks, Visa or Master Card. We do not accept Pay pal at this time.

Repair time Repair time on all radios is totally dependant upon current workload, anywhere from one to several weeks. Please remember that most repairs are unique and some will take longer than others depending upon factors such as parts availability.

Warranty Information We warranty our repair to be free from defects in materials or parts that we installed, or the equipment to perform under normal use for 30 days from the date you receive the equipment. The cost of shipping to and from us is not included.
